Responsibilities
Engaging warm broker leads, self-gen accounts, and referrals to drive fundings
Acting as a trusted advisor—educating brokers on unique Non-QM offerings and helping structure loans to win
Managing the loan process from initial submission to close, with full backend support
Partnering with internal ops and sales leadership to scale your territory and income
Qualification
Required
2+ years recent experience in Non-QM
Ability to build long-term broker relationships
Competitive edge with a focus on closing deals
