Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and receivable data entry
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Support monthly closing activities and bank reconciliations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and organize office files and supplies
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, calls, and events
Translate documents, emails, and other materials between English and Japanese
Support cross-cultural communication between staff, clients, and partners

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Fluent in English and Japanese (both written and verbal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
