Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally
Consult with clients to understand their home financing goals and pre-qualify them for loan programs
Educate borrowers on available loan products and guide them through the early application process
Collaborate with our processing and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely closings
Maintain detailed notes and follow-up in our LOS systems
Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
Stay up-to-date on loan guidelines, market trends, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS License (required)
Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
Competitive drive with a team-first attitude
Tech-savvy with experience in LOS and CRM platforms
Ability to manage a high volume of leads while maintaining a personal touch
Preferred
Proven experience in mortgage sales or inside loan origination (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products
