Responsibilities
Design and implement automated test cases to validate embedded device behavior, confirming different editions of devices work alike
Collaborate with QA teams across the US and India to develop and maintain robust automation frameworks
Utilize APIs to interact with devices and systems under test
Strong advantage: Experience working hands-on with lab equipment, embedded hardware, and connectivity tools (e.g., SSH)
Ensure high productivity and engagement while working on-site in our San Jose, CA office
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Test Automation on Python or more
Some embedded testing experience in the past or currently
Strong proficiency in Python for test automation
Experience in validating device behaviors through automated testing, focusing on cellular modules such as BG95, BG96, and CAT M1
Ability to design and implement automated test cases to validate embedded device behavior
Collaboration with QA teams across the US and India to develop and maintain robust automation frameworks
Utilization of APIs to interact with devices and systems under test
Experience working hands-on with lab equipment, embedded hardware, and connectivity tools (e.g., SSH)
High productivity and engagement while working on-site in San Jose, CA office
Preferred
Experience with embedded systems and cellular modules (BG95, BG96, CAT M1)
Familiarity with lab environments, hardware devices, and SSH-based connectivity
