Responsibilities
Develop and build Veeva CLM content using assets provided by marketing teams in AEM
Collaborate with agencies for design updates and enhancements
Initiate and manage the Material Review Process for Veeva CLMs before release to sales and marketing teams
Maintain an inventory of components, templates, and layouts to standardize best practices across projects
Provide input to improve the Veeva CLM content creation platform and support enhancement roadmaps
Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to best practices and innovative implementations
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while ensuring compliance and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM/CLM, including creating and executing IVAs
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Assets
Strong project management, client interaction, and communication skills
Skilled in editing, proofreading, and content quality review
Preferred
Digital marketing or interactive agency experience preferred
Pharmaceutical experience a plus but not mandatory
