Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on commercial interior fit-out projects
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly
Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
Working closely with PMs, clients, and design teams to solve issues on the ground

Required

Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (NYC experience required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
