Responsibilities

Greet + check in/check out clients with our appointment booking + processing system, Booker

Learn + maintain expert level knowledge of S+B airbrush tanning + sugaring services, memberships, and product line

Perform side tasks including maintaining the front of the house like cleanliness of the lobby and restocking products. Back of the house maintenance of laundry, disposables and creating a clean work environment

Answer client questions surrounding the tanning/sugaring process, formula, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service

Responding to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
