Vice President, Product Management

Responsibilities
Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the content decision engine solution in line with the company's mission, values, and business goals
Drive the overall vision for the product suite, setting the standard for design excellence and innovation in partnership with executive management and vital team members
Define and implement the product roadmap, taking into account market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to promote ongoing product improvement and innovation
Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management organization
Provide strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members
Supervise and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies related to media planning and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team
Drive innovation through cross functional collaboration with research, data science, engineering and clients
Collaborate closely with Groupe internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements
Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypothesis with clients
Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other team members to ensure alignment and implement the product vision
Own and execute product backlog in collaboration with product operations, engineering, and design
Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics
Represent the company as an inspiring leader in the community through speaking engagements, conferences, and publications
Drive thought leadership internally by sharing insights, trends, and standard processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+), specifically in the Advertising Technology space, with focus on dynamic creative, cross-media channel allocation, ad operations, and content production
Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and product delivery in a global context
Deep understanding of creative production in relation to campaign execution
Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration/processes in multi-channel campaign orchestration
Deep understanding of dynamic creative practices and interfacing with 3rd Party platforms in creative execution (DAM, Ad Servers, DCO Providers, CRMs)
Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative out of the box product solutions
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, engineering teams, and clients
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and driving continuous improvement in products and processes
