Power Design, Inc. is a rapidly growing design-build contractor in the U.S. seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to the design and delivery of switchboards and critical power equipment. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of LFG projects including schedules, deliverables, budgets, and internal stakeholder communication

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and QC teams to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time

Serve as the main point of contact between LFG and field project teams to align on specifications, site delivery timelines, and startup support

Track and manage project documentation including submittals, change orders, and handoff packages

Collaborate with estimating and business development to support pre-construction planning and client expectations

Proactively identify risks or constraints and work across departments to find solutions

Ensure projects meet LFG quality standards and align with Power Design’s brand and delivery expectations

Required

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing, electrical, or prefabrication environment

Strong understanding of switchgear, electrical systems, or critical power equipment is a plus

Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with cross-functional dependencies

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

A collaborative leader who can drive results and maintain strong working relationships across teams
