They are seeking experienced Welders/Millwrights to perform various tasks including welding, fabrication, and general maintenance on projects nationwide, while traveling for extended periods.
Construction
Responsibilities
Perform welding, fabrication, torch cutting, plasma cutting, and fitting
Handle rigging, climbing, and work at heights and in confined spaces
Engage in general maintenance, hydro-blasting, inspections, masonry and concrete repairs, painting/coatings, electrical work, insulation, and more
Work in industrial outage/shutdown environments across various job sites nationwide
Travel to project sites for extended periods of time, typically 3-6 weeks at a time
Qualification
Required
Current or previous certification in 6G Stick & Mig welding (carbon steel/stainless steel)
Proficient in torch cutting and fabrication
Strong mechanical aptitude and capable of reading drawing submittals
Experience installing/maintaining/repairing equipment
Comfortable with a variety of power tools
MUST be comfortable working at height and within confined spaces
Good physical strength and stamina – capable of lifting/carrying up to 75lbs
Able to work in extreme weather conditions
Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening
Must pass Federal background check
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR
