The role involves managing projects from contract signing through commissioning, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with various stakeholders to advance project success.

Responsibilities
Embody TerraVerde’s credo and values everyday
Partner with our clients and earns their trust as the “go to person” for issues arising during a project
Represent TerraVerde’s brand and raise issues to management when our brand and reputation may be at risk
Deliver best-in-class experiences to TerraVerde’s clients, cultivating and maintain a strong sense of the client’s pulse and satisfaction level
Oversee projects through design, construction, and commissioning phases
Collaborate with TerraVerde team members, contractors, clients, and other parties as needed to advance and ensure project success
Represent TerraVerde and clients in project meetings throughout the various project stages
Travel to project sites & client locations when necessary and to see the installations
Provide as-needed reporting on project progress
Collaborate with other team members at TerraVerde to create a “one band, one sound” experience for our clients
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in commercial solar project in California including knowledge of Helioscope, Energy Toolbase, Rates & Tariffs, etc
Must be customer-service obsessed
A desire to serve public agencies in California
Understands solar and battery project economics, rates & tariffs, and installation in California
A voracious and self-motivated problem solver
A detail-oriented individual who is organized and prevents things from falling through the cracks
Ability to simplify and explain technical issues to stakeholders without technical backgrounds
Hardwired to take action to avoid problems
A flexible team player who is willing to shift, adapt and support others to the benefit of the team
Must be enthusiastic about our team culture and process
Executes goals and objectives through effective, assertive, and respectful communication
