Responsibilities

Identify and negotiate strategic data partnerships to enhance Bria’s AI model training capabilities
Establish relationships with IP owners, entertainment studios, and data rights holders
Collaborate with legal teams to structure scalable data licensing agreements
Design partnership frameworks that balance IP protection, attribution, and revenue generation
Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape the development of Bria’s data/attribution platform
Provide market insights based on partner feedback to inform feature development and business strategy
Ensure that the platform meets industry expectations for rights management, attribution, and monetization

Required

7+ years of experience in IP licensing, data partnerships, business development, or content distribution in the Media & Entertainment industry
Established industry relationships with key decision-makers in studios, gaming, licensing agencies, or digital media
Proven ability to negotiate complex rights agreements, including AI-specific licensing structures
Experience collaborating with legal, product, and technical teams to align business and technical needs
Excellent communication skills with a strategic, business-driven approach
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment

Preferred

Experience in transmedia partnerships, particularly licensing IP across multiple digital formats (gaming, interactive, AI applications)
Exposure to AI governance and content attribution frameworks
