New GradResponsive Education Solutions is seeking volunteers for their campuses for the 2025-2026 academic year. Volunteers will assist teachers and students while maintaining confidentiality regarding student information and records.

Responsibilities
Acknowledge intent to fulfill responsibilities by completing the Volunteer Application
Not discuss or answer questions with others about confidential student information
Refer questions regarding students to the student’s teacher or a school administrator
Discuss any issues with students professionally with designated personnel
Protect confidential student data from unauthorized individuals
Report any breach or suspected breach in confidentiality to the building administrator
Comply with all district rules and regulations
Qualification
Required
Acknowledge intent to fulfill responsibilities by completing the Volunteer Application
Maintain confidentiality of student information and not discuss it with unauthorized individuals
Refer questions regarding students to the student's teacher or a school administrator
Discuss matters regarding students professionally with designated school officials
Protect confidential student data from being viewed or obtained by non-authorized individuals
Never take confidential student data off campus unless authorized by a school administrator
Report any breach or suspected breach in confidentiality to the building administrator
Perform tasks only under the supervision and guidance of appropriate faculty and staff
Comply with all district rules and regulations
Consent to a criminal history background check as part of the application process
Understand that employment may be temporary pending the outcome of the criminal history check
Acknowledge that ResponsiveEd reserves the right to not accept applicants with certain criminal histories
