InternShaw Industries is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support their Early Career Development Program Manager. This internship provides an opportunity to gain real-world HR experience by assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to early career programs.

Responsibilities
Support new hire onboarding processes and orientation sessions
Maintain and update employee records as needed
Help coordinate employee engagement activities
Assist in tracking training completion and organizing sessions for team members
Participate in HR projects related to performance management
Assist with administration tasks
Contribute to the development of early career programs that support employee satisfaction and retention
Create and maintain SharePoint for Early Career Programs
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Preferred
Interest in Training, Onboarding, HR, or HR data analytics is a plus
Previous internship or experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment a plus (not required)
