Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain a backlog of user stories
Support solution evaluation, testing activities, and risk management
Model business processes using BPMN and identify improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT change or software delivery projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Ability to manage workload independently and work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in BPMN process mapping and business requirements elicitation
Preferred
Experience within supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution environments
Knowledge of JIRA Software and Confluence
Recognised business analysis qualification (IIBA/BCS)
