Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document management
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Maintain organized office systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Offer customer support through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office workflow
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
