Responsibilities

Own all site technology operations for our Orem location, supporting ~400 users
Provision, repair, and manage laptops and other site technology
Be the point person for technology and coordination during our Quarterly Board of Directors and Town Hall Meetings
Lead Microsoft Defender and Intune administration for all endpoints
Leverage Absolute endpoint protection
Jump into the helpdesk queue to keep things moving
Grow into a leadership role within the site and the broader IT team

Required

Strong communication skills
Good judgement
Common sense
Hands-on experience with technology support
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, start-up culture
Experience in managing laptops and site technology
Experience with Microsoft Defender and Intune administration
Experience with Absolute endpoint protection
Ability to support approximately 400 users
Ability to coordinate technology for company-wide meetings
