Responsibilities
Creating, managing and maintaining a profitable portfolio of business through top level sales, relationship, and technical expertise
Creating and nourishing profound and steadfast relationships with clients and insurance companies to create business placement opportunities
Creatively and aggressively structure and negotiate specialty insurance placements
Successfully negotiating the account placement of new and renewal business
Consistently accomplishing targeted revenue goals
Leveraging resources to fulfil account placement objectives
Inspiring and teaching team members through leadership principles, technical proficiencies, and deep insurance and product knowledge
Realizing and developing superior account placement strategies through the account qualification process
Fully assuming all the responsibility for placement of account opportunities and completion of all associated account requirements
Continual enhancement of industry knowledge
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Associate Broker or Inside Broker
Ability to create, manage, and maintain a profitable portfolio of business
Top level sales, relationship, and technical expertise
Ability to create and nourish relationships with clients and insurance companies
Experience in structuring and negotiating specialty insurance placements
Ability to negotiate account placement of new and renewal business
Track record of accomplishing targeted revenue goals
Ability to leverage resources to fulfill account placement objectives
Leadership skills to inspire and teach team members
Deep insurance and product knowledge
Ability to develop superior account placement strategies
Responsibility for placement of account opportunities and completion of associated account requirements
Commitment to continual enhancement of industry knowledge
