Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities
Manage accounts and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and drive business development initiatives
Provide leadership and supervision to junior sales staff, ensuring organizational goals are met
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position
Strong knowledge of sales presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
