THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to provide IT application support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related supply chain applications. This role requires strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills, focusing on supporting enterprise-scale systems.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Support and maintain Infor WMS and other warehouse-related IT applications
Perform system analysis, design, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting
Develop and update SQL scripts to support workflows and resolve issues
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on patches, upgrades, and hotfixes
Monitor system data flows and interfaces; resolve failures and identify root causes
Translate user needs into technical solutions; manage project and issue task lists
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Provide training, mentorship, and customer-focused support to end-users

Warehouse Management SystemsSQL scriptingWindows serversERP system experienceCommunication skillsProject managementProblem-solving skills

Required

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Knowledge of Windows servers
Proficiency in SQL scripting and troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Willingness to participate in on-call support
Associates degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR 4+ years of equivalent experience
At least 3 years in systems development, implementation, or application support

Preferred

Prior ERP system experience
Experience in large corporate or healthcare IT environments
