Responsibilities
Defining a flexible, league-focused, long-term strategy for the business and breaking that strategy down into actionable goals
Proactively leading efforts to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage sports partnerships that drive customer engagement and support our strategic objectives
Understanding inputs and opportunities of the category P&L
Managing relationships with external partners, including with leagues, player associations, and brand partners
Driving cross-functional collaboration to drive internal stakeholder alignment; and
Acting as the single-threaded owner of one or more major US sports leagues and all related retail business in the Amazon store
Qualification
Required
9+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
9+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
Bachelors Degree
Preferred
Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, leveraging various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
