Development includes defining requirements, developing specifications, architecting, being responsible for circuit development, simulations, guiding physical layout, and driving validation

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree with 8+ years or Master degree with 5+ years of proven experience in digital design
Strong fundamental knowledge of digital design and RTL development
Good understanding on timing/area/power/complexity tradeoffs in designs
Experience with Synthesis & Constraints
Experience in static/formal verification tools (Lint, CDC, LEC, STA) and functional verification
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with UPF, power analysis, DFT/scan insertion, ATPG, generating timing models
Experience with scripting in languages like Python, Perl
Experience with innovative automatic place and route tools
