Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic, business, and marketing plans for the Tampa transportation group, with a focus on growth, profitability, and staff development

Lead performance metrics including revenue, backlog, billing, and client satisfaction

Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff

Represent Ayres in the Tampa community and within professional organizations

Drive business development efforts, leveraging your local network to win new work and expand client relationships

Collaborate with other divisions to foster a unified, efficient, and innovative work environment

Ensure alignment with corporate policies and uphold our commitment to quality and integrity

Lead marketing and proposal efforts for FDOT District 7, cities, counties, and private sector clients in the Tampa Bay region

Oversee technical project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

Prepare and negotiate contracts, scopes, schedules, and fees with clients and subconsultants

Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures across all projects
