Responsibilities
Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for senior‑level and leadership roles
Coordinate intricate interview schedules involving multiple time zones and senior stakeholders
Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring a white‑glove experience at every stage
Maintain candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system with impeccable accuracy
Communicate hiring updates and next steps to internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
Prepare offer documents and facilitate the pre‑onboarding process
Support HR and recruiting projects, process enhancements, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, executive assistant, or client‑facing roles in finance, consulting, law, or other professional services
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Executive presence and strong verbal/written communication skills, with a professional, confident demeanor
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; comfort with complex calendar scheduling
