GovDash is an AI company helping businesses find, win, and manage government contracts. They are seeking a full stack software engineer to join the Dash Team, where the engineer will build and scale an orchestration layer for AI agents that solve customer problems and enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and scale Dash’s orchestration layer to coordinate many smaller AI agents
Develop agents that autonomously execute workflows on behalf of users
Build data retrieval pipelines using embeddings to search and reason across thousands of documents
Create custom research and document flows that generate business papers
Enhance scraping pipelines to surface precise, actionable insights
Develop the Word Assistant, a Microsoft add-in that embeds Dash directly into Word
Own projects end-to-end with a relentless focus on customer experience

Required

Strong full stack development skills with TypeScript/Node.js
Ability to work across front-end and back-end systems
Obsession with customer experience and ownership mentality
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience or strong interest in LLMs, embeddings, and agent-based systems
2+ years of professional work experience
Experience scaling a platform that serves web and/or enterprise apps
Strong CS fundamentals and architectural instincts
Care about America and her interests (non-negotiable)

Preferred

Bonus: knowledge of government contracting
Bonus points if you've worked with LLMs, embeddings, or AI-powered applications
