Responsibilities

Provide project leadership for team members regarding ongoing operations, process improvements, planned approaches for client requests, or transition of new deliverables

Oversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness; consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget

Support project execution and delivery as needed to ensure project success

Build and plan out complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes

Serve as a subject matter expert on current industry trends and analytical best practices in the life sciences industry

Direct the activities of data processing and analytics teams that produce hundreds of high-touch reports and analyses, including executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, and scorecards

Frequently utilize coding to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting

Grow external client engagements, owning the relationship between the client and the firm

Identify areas for firm growth and create action plans to incorporate across the company, including the development of new offerings, improvements to best practice guidelines, or creating new firm practice areas to better serve clients

Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; manage project finances by maintaining financial summaries, drafting SOWs for new work, and sending client invoices

Lead and motivate diverse and global teams; train and mentor team members to assist in their professional growth

Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment

Support management initiatives, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship, and coaching as needed
