Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the business — capturing, refining, and validating requirements that shape the future of our CRM platform
Translate process into user stories, test plans, and scalable designs for Power Platform solutions
Build and Deploy Power Platform Solutions
Analyze current-state workflows and propose optimizations that drive value through automation and smarter data
Provide configuration support: building views, forms, dashboards, and security roles within Dynamics 365 CE
Champion usability, accessibility, and user-centric design in every initiative you support

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
6+ years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and enterprise CRM configuration
Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing skills
A keen ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Knowledge of platform governance, permission models, and enterprise data structures
You're naturally collaborative, technically curious, and comfortable in a high-accountability environment

Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred
