Responsibilities
Provide support to sales team members and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other departments, while maintaining the day-to-day activities required by the Sales Support Associate
Create customized line sheets/catalogs for customers
Enter customer purchase orders into our system
Create order detail sheets to be sent to our factories
Create buy sheets for the production team
Process and coordinate ticketing jobs with the warehouse
Assist with the preparation of customer presentations
Take clear and concise notes during customer meetings if present
Identify areas that support continuous process improvement
Collaborate with all departments
Provide management and others with data and reports as needed
Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries regarding purchase order updates, shipment confirmations and sample requests
Possible travel to local appointments and/or out-of-town trade shows
Qualification
Required
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and operates with a high-level of autonomy and attention to detail
Takes the initiative to identify tasks beyond your immediate workload
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within an organization
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the entire Office 365 application
Ability to work asynchronously and synchronously
Experience working with hybrid-remote and remote teams
Bachelor's Degree in related field or High School Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience
