They are seeking a Temporary Staff Accountant to contribute to the monthly closing process, record journal entries, assist with audits, and collaborate with other departments for financial data.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the monthly closing process including preparing bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset reconciliations

Record journal entries in SAP, including payroll

Prepare and process Intercompany billings and reconcile Intercompany accounts

Conduct monthly detailed analyses of accounting fluctuations to understand differences between actual versus budget and prior periods

Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documentation

Track business licenses and property taxes for Outlets

Collaboration with other departments to gather financial data

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
