Responsibilities
Serve as system-level SE: derive and allocate requirements, maintain traceability in Cameo and Jama, or like-systems
Lead functional hazard analyses (FHA), system safety assessments (SSA), and PSSA
Run model-based systems-engineering (MBSE) artifacts in Cameo
Coordinate verification matrix and conformity inspections for airworthiness and certifications
Act as chief integrator between tech areas
Qualification
Required
B.S./M.S. in Aero, SE, or ME; >7 yrs aircraft systems-engineering leadership
Deep familiarity with Government Reference Architectures
Strong influence skills; can arbitrate competing IPT requirements quickly
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
INCOSE CSEP or ESEP
Prior autonomous or optionally piloted aircraft certification experience
