Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC air and hydronic systems in accordance with NEBB standards

Utilize specialized instruments to measure airflow, pressures, temperatures, and velocities

Accurately record all measurements and observations

Analyze data to assess system performance and identify discrepancies

Compile detailed reports documenting findings, procedures, and recommendations

Present clear and concise information to clients and project stakeholders

Verify the functionality of mechanical systems, including VAVs, fans, pumps, and control devices

Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet design specifications

Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other technicians

Communicate effectively to coordinate project activities and resolve issues

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies

Stay updated on codes, regulations, and industry best practices
