Juicebox is a rapidly growing AI SaaS company focused on revolutionizing recruiting. The Head of Community will be responsible for building relationships with recruiters and talent leaders through impactful events and programming, positioning Juicebox as a trusted voice in recruiting and AI.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute in-person events (dinners, panels, field marketing, offsites)
Launch and grow our community programs (e.g. Slack, referral groups, customer spotlights)
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer champions and storytelling opportunities
Coordinate logistics, vendors, comms, and promotion for each event
Create repeatable playbooks for event and community engagement
Track success metrics across engagement, retention, and brand reach

Required

Have 3+ years experience in community, events, field marketing, or brand, with previous SaaS experience
Are an exceptional communicator – warm, articulate, and detail-obsessed
Have experience organizing high-quality B2B conferences and events (bonus if with talent or GTM audiences)
Know how to build systems from scratch and aren't afraid to get scrappy
Are based in SF or willing to relocate (role is in-office 5 days/week)

Preferred

Familiar with recruiting, HR tech, or B2B SaaS
Experience building executive-level or industry communities
A strong creative eye and/or content instincts
Prior experience working directly with founders or early-stage teams
