Responsibilities
Learn about merchandising and product assortment refinement
Assist with demand/sales generation through product assortment and consumer engagement
Support product margin management by participating in cost negotiations and retail pricing strategies
Engage in vendor communications and assortment management
Build cross-functional relationships with various business owners
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor's/ Master's with an expected graduation date between winter 2026 – summer 2027
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong communication abilities
Good time management
Critical thinking skills
Preferred
Prior work experience in retail is preferred but not required
Enrolled in a Master's Degree or advanced technical degree
Previous work experience in a technical field
