Responsibilities

Manage a small to medium-sized team responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing testing efforts

Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Develop and monitor project plans and budgets

Present reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials, including actionable recommendations

Monitor software and system defects, ensuring effective resolution

Support product migrations across all system environments

Ensure adherence to procedures and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results

Participate in recruiting, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of other QA/testing analysts

Prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members

Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
