Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

Identify and prospect new customers in the commercial real estate, property management, and contracting sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our HVAC solutions

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Required

Proven track record of success in HVAC / mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical or related sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment, Plumbing, and Electrical systems with the ability to communicate technical information effectively

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
