Responsibilities
Travel to residential properties to capture photos, videos, and detailed data
Explore all parts of a home, including attics and crawl spaces, to ensure thorough documentation
Use our intuitive mobile app to record information quickly and accurately
Collaborate with our team to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide a positive and professional experience to every homeowner you meet
Qualification
Required
Detail-Oriented: You can follow step-by-step instructions and pride yourself on precision
Team Player: You're reliable, communicative, and ready to collaborate with a high-energy group
Strong Work Ethic: Ready to roll up your sleeves, you do what it takes to get the job done right
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with using a smartphone (iPhone 12 or newer required)
Driven to Learn: You're curious about homes and interested in real estate, construction, or related fields
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Physically Capable: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, entering tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Experience in hands-on roles preferred (e.g., home services, handyman, appraiser, inspector, general contractor)
Knowledge of home systems and features is preferred
