Responsibilities

Learn and gain real work experience in merchandising
Work alongside the merchandising team on exciting projects that will have a direct impact on customers
Participate in demand/sales generation through product assortment refinement and consumer engagement
Support product margin management by negotiating costs and establishing retail pricing strategies
Own vendor relationships to ensure well-assorted, appropriately priced, and strategically promoted categories throughout the year
Experience assortment management, vendor communications, and cross-functional relationship building
Meet with various business owners to drive personal and professional development and expand your network

Required

Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor's/ Master's with an expected graduation date between winter 2026 – summer 2027
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong communication abilities
Good time management
Critical thinking skills

Preferred

Prior work experience in retail is preferred but not required
Enrolled in a Master's Degree or advanced technical degree
Previous work experience in a technical field
