The Deployment Lead will be responsible for managing the deployment of the AI Coordinator, serving as the primary contact for client leadership, and ensuring effective implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Client thought partner. Be a trusted advisor – own senior-executive relationships, uncover root needs, and shape solution strategy to maximize value and inform future deployments

End-to-end deployment. Manage the tactical implementation of our AI Coordinator from kickoff through adoption

Product mindset. Translate real-world workflows into requirements, pressure-test use cases, prioritize for impact, and partner with Product to close the loop from client feedback to the roadmap

Complex project management & execution. Manage multiple complex projects and solve ambiguous problems while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Technical proficiency. Oversee technical integrations, EHR connectivity, and workflow adoption in collaboration with client technology, operations, and clinical teams

Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and implement workflows for our clients

Reporting & tracking. Define and track implementation KPIs such as time to go-live, adoption rates, etc
