The Senior Software Engineer, Front End will be responsible for shaping the user experience of their LLM-powered product, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces and features that address real user problems.

Responsibilities
Build polished, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue.js, Svelte, or similar also welcome)
Go beyond just coding—dive into user metrics, analyze FullStory recordings, and talk to users to inform product decisions
Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to deliver features that solve real user problems
Own end-to-end flows: from frontend delivery to integration with backend systems
Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across enterprise environments
Debug across the stack when needed and contribute to backend code where necessary
Help shape hiring, tooling, and internal processes as we grow
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in a combination of scaling startups and best-in-class engineering organizations
Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue.js, Svelte, or similar)
Comfortable owning UI systems end-to-end
Ability to contribute on the backend when needed
Genuine care about how users interact with the product
Ability to dive into metrics, watch FullStory recordings, and talk to users
Experience architecting and shipping production-grade, user-facing systems
Ability to balance polish with speed
Versatile in crafting elegant abstractions and delivering quick solutions
Focus on usability, accessibility, and adoption
Thrives in ambiguity and values momentum over perfection
Ability to validate decisions with data and real feedback
