They are seeking a Pest Prevention Quality Assurance Field Training Manager to lead quality assurance efforts, train and develop team members, and ensure service excellence across Service Centers.

Responsibilities
Collecting and reviewing data from the field, to ensure the continued development of products and services for our customers
Ensure that our team members, vehicles, and service centers reflect the professional image of our brand
Lead quality assurance efforts to maintain service excellence across Service Centers, working closely with management to meet production and service standards
Focus on training and developing Service Management, including organizing routes, assigning work, and verifying the completion of tasks
Oversee the inspection and maintenance of service vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and image standards
Work to prevent service cancellations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support our public relations and promotional efforts
Work with the QA Directors to test and implement new products across the Pest Prevention division, ensuring their effectiveness and seamless integration into our service offerings
Qualification
Required
Experience or education in Entomology or Pest Control environment
Passionate about developing others
Strong leadership skills
Problem-solving skills
Organizational skills
Communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Ability to work outdoors
Physical ability to manage tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and operating equipment
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to obtain necessary certifications
Preferred
Experience in product testing
Data Analysis skills
Statistics and Research Project experience
Degree in Entomology or Statistics
