Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 10+ Technical Program Managers supporting Comms initiatives across sync, async, contacts management, device software and common services
Partner with engineering teams, leadership, product management, and UX to ensure we're building the best customer experience using innovative technologies
Serve as the single POC for broader Alexa+ mechanisms like LRs, Deep Dives, Product Days
Stakeholder management across Alexa and partner teams and manage executive level communications
Lead the roadmap prioritization process
Manage cross functional quality initiatives like CPDR deep dives and fixes
Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules
Qualification
Required
15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering
7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies
Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services
Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML, LLM, privacy/security technologies
Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems
Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
Strong product sense and customer focus
