Responsibilities

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients via written and verbal communication
Develop commissioning scopes, fees, and plans; review design documents and submittals
Lead design reviews (OPR, BOD, specs), facilitate workshops, and manage commissioning meetings
Perform site visits, observe construction, and document findings
Create and execute test scripts (PFC, FPT, IST); witness and manage testing
Resolve commissioning issues and produce final reports/manuals
Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, invoicing, and financial tracking
Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal staff throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct warranty walkthroughs and update documentation accordingly

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning and project management experience
Strong organizational, leadership, and client service abilities
Solid engineering knowledge in the built environment
Skilled in written/verbal communication and project management
Effective in handling sensitive situations and analyzing complex data
Familiar with energy codes, LEED Cx, and construction drawings
Experience with project financials and Building Automation Systems
Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs
Ability to climb stairs/ladders

Preferred

Project Management Certification
Professional Engineering License
Certification in Building Commissioning
OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety
NFPE-70E
