Responsibilities
Perform daily field inspections of construction activities and materials
Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and GSA standards
Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, logs, and punch lists
Track contractor manpower, equipment, and material deliveries
Ensure compliance with sustainability and IRA-related construction mandates
Support resolution of deficiencies and coordination of corrective actions
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
10–15 years of construction inspection experience
Knowledge of GSA inspection protocols and federal construction requirements
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree preferred
preferably on federal projects
Certifications such as ICC, ACI, or equivalent preferred
