Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of cases from inception to potential trial
Work primarily in the area of personal injury
Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in California
Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California Bar
2+ year of experience in civil litigation
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-value cases
Strong organizational and time management skills
California Bar License (Required)
Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Experience in plaintiff litigation, including personal injury litigation
Experience in sexual abuse or medical malpractice
