Effectively deploy, support, and monitor the virtual infrastructure while working with departments and vendors to achieve strategic goals

Effectively analyze and communicate the needs of stakeholders to ensure an efficient and productive rollout of new virtual deployments and departmental efficiency enhancements

Detailed reporting on all virtual activities and responsibilities to management

Work with co-workers in achieving department goals

Ability to identify problematic system areas, engage accurate support resources, and execute timely communication to those affected by adhering to the department’s Service Level Agreement

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders & vendors as needed

Possess and displays a positive approach in managing change, while demonstrating superb communication skills through effective conversations and collaboration

Be the source of exceptional client and employee experiences

Seek opportunities to support volunteerism in the local community’s awareness events, increase the Bank’s outreach, and foster new business

High focus on accuracy of details in collaboration with all levels of staff, management, and vendors

Ensure complete and accurate information is included in all communications that are technical in nature

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in VMware vSphere or similar technology

Strong understanding of servers, networking, storage, and security services

Experience with scripting and automation tools

Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents

Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak optimally both one-on-one and before groups of employees of the organization directly and effectively

Experience with workstations, printers, scanners, servers, network disk storage, routers/switches/WIFI, telephone systems, peripheral devices and various network connected devices

Experience with Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, NFS, SAN, LDAP, AAD, IIS, SQL, O365) and VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vMotion)

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Ability to calculate subnet masks

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment

Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues on short notice

The ability to lift or move 30lbs on occasion is required

Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas
