Lead QA and clinical education programs across the agency
Oversee OASIS documentation and clinical compliance training
Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to improve patient outcomes
Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
Qualification
Required
Knowledge Of Medicare Home Health And OASIS Required
Active RN license in the state of Florida
Active and valid Florida driver's license and motor vehicle insurance and a clear MVR
2-3 years of experience in Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation (required)
Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and care planning
Excellent communication and organizational skill
Preferred
1-2 years in a supervisory role or leadership role (preferred)
