Responsibilities
Conduct tryouts for team
Create plans for all practices and games
Manage game decisions, playing time, feedback from players and parents
Consistently communicate with Athletic Director, players, and parents
Provide instruction and development skills to the student in relation to the assigned sport
Contribute to the education program as a whole and to the growth of student-athletes involved so that they are successfully competitive
Qualification
Required
Experience in coaching cheerleading at a competitive level
Ability to conduct tryouts for the team
Skill in creating plans for all practices and games
Experience in managing game decisions and playing time
Ability to provide feedback from players and parents
Strong communication skills with Athletic Director, players, and parents
Ability to provide instruction and develop skills in student-athletes
Commitment to contributing to the education program and growth of student-athletes
