Responsibilities
Supervise on-site work crews, assigning tasks based on skill and project needs
Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and manufacturer guidelines
Conduct pre-job meetings to review scope, safety hazards, and work sequence
Verify availability and condition of tools and materials; coordinate site access with contractors/building management
Monitor daily operations: mixing ratios, application thickness, curing times, surface prep, and adherence to procedures
Perform quality control inspections and correct deficiencies immediately
Maintain daily field reports, including manpower, hours worked, progress, and photos (CompanyCam & TSheets)
Communicate with Operations Manager and Project Manager regarding schedule, manpower, and material needs
Enforce safety compliance, including OSHA standards, PPE use, fall protection, and daily hazard assessments
Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials on site
Secure the jobsite and ensure proper storage of tools and materials at the end of each day
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of field experience in waterproofing and concrete restoration
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, manufacturer specifications, and installation procedures
Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise crews effectively
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred
