Responsibilities

Provide trusted advisory services and deliver Vision/Vantagepoint implementations
Maintain accurate project records, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively resolve client issues
Develop client deliverables that present detailed findings and actionable recommendations
Oversee project billing, collections, and ensure client satisfaction in line with SN service standards
Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, including cross-selling services
Contribute to marketing collateral, user group meetings, and sales support
Mentor and guide other consultants while ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery
Qualification
Required
Vantagepoint Accounting or Master Certification required (you can get this during the interview process but it must be completed before we offer)
Must have experience with: Chart of Accounts, GL Accounts and Posting
Must have experience with: Cash Management/Bank Reconciliation
Must have experience with: AP, AR, Time & Expense Entry/Approval
Must have experience with: Billing & Invoice Processing
Must have experience with: Project Budgeting & Revenue Recognition
Must have experience with: Labor Rate/Category Tables
Must have experience with: Financial Reporting/Dashboards (intermediate knowledge)
Must have experience with: Multi-Company (basic knowledge)
Must have experience with: Project Planning integration with Finance (basic knowledge)
Must have experience with: Advanced Revenue Generation Methods (basic knowledge)
Must have experience with: Overhead Allocation
Must have experience with: Intercompany Transactions and Consolidations (basic knowledge)
Must have experience with: Custom Workflows and Approvals (basic knowledge)
Cross-functional knowledge: at least basic knowledge of Resource Planning/Project Management or CRM
5+ years using Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or another project-based ERP
5+ years of accounting/finance experience in an AE-industry firm
2+ years of consulting experience
