Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-visibility roles with executive leadership, elected officials, and cross-agency teams
Deep understanding of program governance, software implementation methodologies, and vendor management
Strong facilitation and presentation skills; capable of translating complex program objectives into clear messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
A thoughtful, calm, and diplomatic presence able to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and drive progress across diverse stakeholder groups
Must have previous experience leading an enterprise deployment
